XCLSV launched in the winter of 2022 with the intention of making a positive impact on the direction of the cannabis industry.
The pillars XCLSV support include the revolution to the next level, the sustainability, and the responsible approach to the cannabis industry.
These pillars are in place because XCLSV want to welcome the members of the community from the corporate businessman to freelance creative to experience the evolution of cannabis and the mind space it can create.
The founders of XCLSV have been studying the benefits of cannabis for many years, also tracking the progress made by governments and medical research institutions alike in this area. In 2020 the South African government published the Cannabis Bill, intending to change the way the law regulates cannabis consumption, possession, cultivation and therefore finally also enjoyment.
So, in short, this is how and why we canna-exist. The Bill defines consumption to include smoking, eating, drinking or otherwise to self-administering cannabis. Subject to this Bill, an adult person may consume cannabis in a private place.
The Bill goes on to define a private place as any place, building, house, room, shed, hut, tent, mobile home, caravan, boat or land or any portion thereof, to which the public does not have access as of right. XCLSV is a members’ only lounge with a strict 420 code of conduct to ensure compliance with legislation, buducation on cannabis health and private enjoyment.
