The Terms apply to all content, offers, products and events by XCLSV. By accessing the website, you acknowledge that you accept the Terms.

XCLSV reserves the right to alter these Terms at any time without providing notice. Your continued use of the website after any such changes are released shall be deemed as your acceptance of changes and your acknowledgement that you are bound by the changes.

These websites are owned and controlled by other organizations. Linking to other websites from XCLSV does not imply endorsement or credibility of the service, information, or products offered. We hereby grant a non-exclusive license to use the website.

The Rule Book
By entering the premises you agree to comply with The Rule Book (as amended from time to time) which applies to all 420MO members, or guests.

• NO Pets or Children or Adults under 21 allowed.
• No firearms or ammunition or weapons of any kind allowed.
• Smoking and/or vaping allowed only in designated areas.
• Respect the privacy and other rights of your fellow 420MO attendees.
• Photos and videos are only permitted with the consent of all the persons in the photo and/or video and you will be requested to delete them if a complaint is raised by any person in this regard.
• You may not bring alcohol or drugs into XCLSV.
• No verbal statements or acts of intimidation, threat, violence, hatred, discrimination, or harassment towards another person will be tolerated at XCLSV.
• We encourage conduct that allows for all persons at XCLSV to enjoy the facilities.
• XCLSV accepts no responsibility for any loss, theft or damage to personal property.
• All health and safety notices displayed throughout the premises are to be followed.
